TURNKEY PROJECTS
Client:Department of Human Settlement (Mpumalanga)
Scope:Appointment as developer/turnkey implementing agent – to conduct feasibility studies; design, construct and install all engineering services for 722 residential sites; construction of 722 RDP houses and 500 walk ups.
Location:Tekwane South, Extension 2, Mbombela Local Municipality.
Value:R111 million
Client:Department of Human Settlement (Mpumalanga)
Scope:Appointment as developer/turnkey implementing agent – to undertake pre-feasibility studies to determine the viability and suitability of project implementation; to prepare planning and detailed designs; turnkey project implementation of an integrated human settlement.
Location: Matsafeni-Precinct, City of Mbombela, Mpumalanga.
Value: Value to be determined once detailed feasibility study is completed.
Client/Developer: Sihle Property Developers & Plant Hire
Scope:Feasibility studies; design and supervision of the construction of internal civil engineering services for 550 sites; construction of low to medium density housing utilizing the government grant Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP).
Location: Tekwane South, Extension 3, Mbombela Local Municipality.
Value:R800 million

Scope:Main sub-contractor for the renovation of existing, and construction of new educational infrastructure at three schools.

Client: Mpumalanga Department of Public Works & Roads
Scope:Upgrading of a 3.35 kilometre long portion of D3970 (from chainage 0.00km to 3.35km) from gravel to surface.

Scope:Construction of Zomba to Emoyeni Street.
Value:R23 million.

Scope:Construction of Verulam bulk and reticulation sewer.
