WHO ARE WE

Sihle Property Developers and Plant Hire CC offers clients the complementary construction capabilities of building and civil construction, civil engineering, property development (turnkey projects), electrical contracting, as well as plant and machine hire solutions.

We are a Level 1 B-BBEE company that is 100 per cent black-owned – 50 per cent of which is black woman owned. Since our inception in 2005 we have successfully completed a broad range of projects – of various scopes, sizes and values – from R1.5-million to R100-million. Our business currently holds CIDB gradings of 07 CE PE (civil engineering), 06 GB PE (general building work) and 02 EB PE (electrical engineering works – building).

Currently we employ 45 permanent employees. Our core team consists of highly-competent and experienced technical and administrative staff, supported by skilled operational staff – all of whom share our pride in our projects, as well as a constant drive for customer service excellence. All of our employees are aware of their responsibilities with regard to safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) in the workplace, and a dedicated safety officer champions our SHEQ delivery.
