Turnkey – Residential

Scope: Appointment as developer/turnkey implementing agent – to conduct feasibility studies; design, construct and install all engineering services for 722 residential sites; construction of 722 RDP houses and 500 walk ups.

Scope: Appointment as developer/turnkey implementing agent – to undertake pre-feasibility studies to determine the viability and suitability of project implementation; to prepare planning and detailed designs; turnkey project implementation of an integrated human settlement.

Value: Value to be determined once detailed feasibility study is completed.

Scope: Feasibility studies; design and supervision of the construction of internal civil engineering services for 550 sites; construction of low to medium density housing utilizing the government grant Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP). Tekwane South, Extension 3, Mbombela
Location: Local Municipality.
Value: R800 million

Scope: Appointment as developer/turnkey implementing agent for the design and construction supervision of the installation of bulk and internal engineering services, including construction of: 4ML bulk reservoir, a six-kilometre bulk sewer line and pump station, and internal reticulation.
