At Sihle Property Developers and Plant Hire (SIHLE) we offer our clients a multidisciplinary scope of complementary construction services. These include building and civil construction, civil engineering, property development (turnkey projects), electrical contracting, asphalting works, and plant and machine hire solutions.
We are a Level 1 B-BBEE company that is 100 per cent black-owned – 50 per cent of which is black woman owned. Our business holds CIDB gradings of 08 CE PE (civil engineering), 07 GB PE (general building work), 04 EB PE (electrical engineering works – building), 07 EP PE (electrical engineering works – infrastructure) and 07 SB PE (asphalt works – supply and lay).

Our company-owned construction fleet comprises well-maintained plant and construction equipment that is utilized across our construction and maintenance contracts, as well as being available for external hire.

Scope: Appointment as developer/turnkey implementing agent for the design and construction supervision of the installation of bulk and internal engineering services, including construction of: 4ML bulk reservoir, a six-kilometre bulk sewer line and pump station, and internal reticulation.
